30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
What Can't Be Returned
- Custom, OEM, or private-label instruments made to your specifications
- Instruments that have been used, sterilized, or show signs of wear
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns not caused by our error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For defective items or shipping mistakes on our part, we cover return shipping in full.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
